01What we collect

When you complete the contact form we store your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your organisation if you give one, the department you chose, your subject line and your message. We also store your browser type and the page you came from, so we can tell a real enquiry from an automated one.

We do not store your IP address. This site runs no advertising trackers and we do not share your data with advertising companies.

02What we do with it

We use it only to answer you. We do not send marketing mail and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Messages are stored on a secured server and can be read only by the group staff who answer enquiries.

We rely on service providers to run the site: Vercel hosts it, Supabase stores the messages, Resend sends the acknowledgement email, and Proton holds the group’s mailboxes. Some of them store data outside Somalia. None of them uses your data for any purpose of its own.

03What your device stores

This site sets no tracking cookies. Two things are kept in your browser: your light-or-dark display preference, and a small cookie named maysara-locale that remembers the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. It lasts one year, is not shared and does not track you.

04How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as the conversation is active and for two years afterwards, so we have a record of the relationship. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

05Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted entirely. Use the contact form, choose “Support”, and we will respond within two working days.
